Guest
Course Keegan lets his lip wobble, but you can't argue he's wrong and was wrong previously? Surely our relegation and the pathetic way that Ashley has run the club should make you side with Keegan? As for the fact he threatened to walk over Killer and Beardsley - weren't they two of his greatest signings? Maybe he knew how important they'd be and was willing to gamble his job on getting them in? Didn't he say after that though he walked because, 'it wasn't what it said in the brochure', whereas I remember the day he joined second time around that this time he'd barely thought about joining as there was no brochure? jdckelly
Curious A mutual compensation package of £2m was written into the deal when the adopted Geordie returned to Tyneside as Sam Allardyce’s replacement in January last year, meaning the club had to pay if he was sacked and that he had to if he walked away. from chron http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/nufc/newcastle-united-news/2009/09/25/keegan-and-united-face-wait-in-compensation-case-72703-24782997/
