Quite strange how Mancini and Quaresma haven't quite worked out, you'd have thought Inter would have been on to a winner with those two. As it is they're on to a winner regardless.

The attitude thing is something I don't understand. You're playing for one of the biggest and most successful clubs in the sport's history. You're playing under one of the best managers in the world, you're almost certainly going to win Serie A and you're still in with a good shout in the Champions League. Why wouldn't you want to get to work in the correct manner? With all respect to their former clubs, Inter is a step up from Roma and Porto and both still have a lot to accomplish if they want to. I've never been entirely convinced by Quaresma, but I've rated Mancini for quite a while and was looking forward to seeing how he would do at a better club.

Balotelli is different, because of his age and his rapid rise last season.

Have it crossed peoples mind that their attitude isnt good enough?

Mancini and Quaresma together with Balotelli has got major attitude and work problems, THATS why they dont play.

THATS what the coaches sees everyday at training, and THATS what we dont have a clue about

Mourinho[/Quote]

Yes but they may have poor attitude because it looks to me from the quotes that have been posted that he's been trying to make them into something their not. They're flair players, they don't track back a lot, they use their tricks and technique to beat people, looks to me like Jose has tried to coach it out of them consequently losing confidence etc. I'm not saying he's the sole person to blame for them being shit they obviously have dug their own holes but i think it would be unfair to blame it all on them.

Wouldn't shock if Quaresma and Mancini both like to be the big fish in the small pool with lots of attention/focus on them, both performed better at relatively smaller clubs (although Roma and Porto are still massive clubs) with a smaller squadbase and them as v.key players. Happens to a lot of players

Campione

Well done.

Inter's real challenge comes potentially next season. With Zlatan hinting that he'd quite like to move, and the likes of Mancini and Quaresma just not performing you guys will probably need to invest in your squad again. You have a few players that are getting on too to be fair, Zanetti who is some form of miracle, Vieira who is quite the opposite and looks like his legs have gone Stankovic, and Julio Cruz. Balotelli looks good but needs to have his head kept in check so he does not become the black Zlatan.

Do you see Suazo staying or going? He's injured at the moment I think so will need to recover. You still have Jiminez and Aquafresca as well.

Its going to be an interesting time for Inter because if we are honest not all of Mourinho's signings have come off.

None of Mancini and Quaresma has take their chance when they have got it, Mourinho even tried a 4-3-3 formation wich had to be wasted just because of Mancini and Quaresma not having the will to take the defensive work.

I like both of them as footballers but there has to be limits to how big you think of yourself, the perfect example is the last game Mancini played, he came in as a subsitute and just walked around looking like he didnt give fuck all, is that how an professional player should act?

Or should he have come in and given his all for the team and show that he really wanted to play?

I support Mourinho everyday when it comes to putting players in their place after lack of workethics, there is not one player in Inter these days who`s bigger than the club (it used to be the other way around when it comes to some of the players, Ronaldo being the biggest jerk)

Fuck off.  :buck2:

So i guess you didn't see the game at Old Trafford which he could have decided for Inter if he would have netted that header, and even had that shot that went just outside the post.

It's marginals, and the kind of marginals you need to win the CL, see Porto when they won.

Monaco and Porto did not go to the finals just because they played the best football, and see Barca this year, last minute gasp.

Marginals, it's what it's all about you know, look at Newcastle this year, a couple of bounces our way would have secured us the PL spot, but it didn't.

So you're defending him for missing chances?

He doesn't turn it on in Europe, much like his team don't. It's quite simple really.

missed those chances.

marginals ? the teams and players who are good convert those marginals, yes a couple of bounces/decisions could have kept us up, and whoever went down instead of us would have said the same thing.

Still, those marginals exists and they don't lie, the speak in pictures taken by mobile cameras and video recorders produced by Sony and Panasonic.

i'm pretty sure in the game when liverppol beat us 5-1 i could pick out bits to say "ooh if that had been 2ft to the right it could have went in" and "if gerrard had slipped a tad like terry did on that pen he probably wouldn't have scored"

hey we could have got a point out of it.
