Legacy
hand ball by Johnson then? s*** by Rooney too. It was a rather lazy cross from Johnson as well.. considering the time and space he had.

Guest ObiChrisKenobi
He should've just shot I know its great to knock him cos he plays for Man U, but I'd honestly like to know what's going on with him. Personal Life/Injury/fed up with football/Can only play in a Counter Attacking Set up with space a head of him to eat up? Seems really blasé at the moment. Think MKSC is spot on - Rooney could do with a complete rest from Football, if not for his football career, just to get himself sorted out. No chance of that happening though, far too important for England and Man U, which is a bit selfish considering what's going on. Yes, its all self created, but surely he should be allowed, just like the rest of us, a chance to sort it out (unpaid of course). What age did George Best walk away from Football? What age did George Best walk away from Football? think he was talking about Johnson mate, not Rooney. Aye, isn't a go at Dan, though the was talking about Rooney so was following on. Think Best walked away at about 26? Wonder what odds you'd get on Rooney to walk away before his 27th?
Neil
Mark Bright would be wanking over this. Seriously, that was an absolutely atrocious first half. We've played right into their hands with our predictable, tedious play.
Cronky
Rooney has lost his mojo. He's normally good at creating something when he receives the ball in confined spaces, but he's just losing it. We're having to rely on crosses from the wings.

JH
Why on earth do ITV advertise the highlights show during the live game? "If you're not watching this, then check out the highlights at 10:45..."

Mowen
Crouch and Barry aren't good enough. We'll still win. Hopefully with Johnson (A) or Young scoring first to win me a few pretty pennies.
Guest ObiChrisKenobi
Crouch always does that stupid hugging shit when trying to win headers, rarely gets picked up in the Premier League though.

MKSC
shame, great work by A.Johnson and Gerrard, then nobody fucking moves in the box. Too static. Only person who could have got on that cross was Young at the back post. And he'd have done well to get there. Gerrard fizzed it above head height a yard from the goal. Needed to be pulled back or drilled on the ground.
Liam Liam Liam O
Shocking cross from Gerrard really. Nobody moved though, made it look worse. Why was nobody running forward when it came in? Andy Carroll sitting on Peter Crouch's shoulders wouldn't have got on the end of that.
