Guest loven Mag 11
Aye, that was before I got my season ticket, so was just going game by game wherever I could. Was sitting next to some random bloke and when Owen scored we both went mental and cheered in each others face at the same time. love things like that ! went down to westbrom last season with 3 mates, there was a bloke sitting between the four of us, by 10 minutes in i felt like i had new him for years. we were all jumping up and down together singing "peter lovenkrands  " for the whole match ! Heron
Just in general, not just in Level 7 - but I love it when you have a season ticket and then within 3 or 4 games in to the season you know everyone around you and there opinions - even if you have fell out. Nevertheless, you seem to have made friends with the majority of them - it's fucking marvellous!!! Level 7 appears to be in fine form still btw, one or two quiet moments but that rendition of "We'll meet again" sounded phenomenal.
Guest toonlass
The people around me are class (even the phantom farter, when he's not farting). We all have a right laugh. Have really enjoyed this season tbh!
Jill
Had a class season in the L7 corner. The people around me may not be from the stand up constantly/sing every single song group but they're pretty fucking entertaining at times.
Pav
I love my ST in block D, goal celebraions are mental, had fuckloads of scratches and scrapes from being sent flying into seats. I don't think I could have a ST if I had to sit, last time I sat at a home game was when I swapped tickets with a mate and sat in the back of the Gallowgate a few seasons back when Citeh beat us 1-0. It was fucking horrible.
Fenham Mag
After being up in level 7 all season (fantastic atmosphere all season ) , i've got a ticket in the Gallowgate, 5 rows from the front for Ipswich. Just want to see that trophy up close. Giving my Dad my ticket though .
biggs
I was in level 7 yesterday and must admit the atmosphere was quiet till about 20 mins in then it was hiliraious there after especially the Blackpool fan dressed as a clown who got constant barracking with " pedo whats the score " etc and :colo: song ,it was a great afternoon out but for my stinking hangover. No point in coming so far to sit in silence

Mistle17
Think I'm gonna come over for the Blackpool game on the 11th of September. Want to book tickets in Level 7 as going off this thread it seems great craic! I want to sing my heart out for the lads. Where is the best place to stand in L7? Most of it stand anyway, but anywhere between blocks F & D, near the back if possible but if not it doesn't really matter that much.
Danh1
Changes to the Leazes Corner singing section The Leazes Corner singing section has proven to be hugely popular since opening at the start of the 2008-09 season. Most matches since United hosted Bolton Wanderers on 23 August 2008 have seen this section packed to the rafters and noisily supporting the team. Given this popularity of this area we have decided to give Season Ticket Holders and Toon Army 12th Man members exclusive access to the singing section. From this season's opener versus Aston Villa on 22 August tickets in this area will only be available to Season Ticket Holders and Toon Army 12th Man members. Tickets will be limited to 2 tickets per person to ensure as many supporters as possible can experience the Leazes Corner. http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20100712/changes-to-the-leazes-corner-singing-section_2240137_2089782 Seems strange to me, there were empty seats in the Leazes corner for a number of games last season. TheGuv
It's probably a ploy to make more money really. Buy a ST or 12th man or you can't stand there sort of thing

Fenham Mag
Hmm , might change my ticket to somewhere else. Don't fancy sitting in the middle of a bunch of empty seats.
Guest malandro
It's probably a ploy to make more money really. Buy a ST or 12th man or you can't stand there sort of thing I have no doubt that’s part of the reason, but if it was just about money why not apply the same strategy to the rest of the ground? I think it’s about being able to control what goes on in L7... with making people sit down being the obvious infringement of the ground regulations. Doctor Zaius
What the fuck? So if you havent got an ST or membership you cant go into level 7? Fuck off.

Won't affect standing at all, they couldn't get a few hundred to sit in the Leazes so good luck with a few thousand in the corner. Obvious ploy to make money, if you ask me. Fenham Mag
It will backfire. What they going to do when every where is sold out and no members wants to buy in leazes corner?
