Pilko
There's nowt wrong with him selecting the targets, so long as Hughton is able to say "No, I don't want him." and for that to stick.

Guest ObiChrisKenobi
Ryan Taylor prefers playing RB. Yeah, Dave, he came out with that at the beginning of last season. Said it was his 'natural' position, which raised the question "WTF?!". If football was American Football he'd be a kicker.

Guest
Two Premier League managers have apparently applied for the Southampton job. Surely past managers not current? Can't see many people leaving where they are now for a League One club. Only one I could even imagine considering something like that is Roberto Martinez. mattypnufc
Not worthy of a thread, but Man City Film/Documentary is released next week, Blue Moon Rising. Personally speaking I think it looks quite interesting, even though I have zero time for them.

Ameritoon
Tbh, the trailer made it look good. But, I just can't get over the fact that they're actually making a film on the season, despite having won absolutely nothing.

I read that as current managers, else you could say Joe Kinnear, Dave Bassett, etc. and it doesn't seem such as spectacular a story.
