Accepted a decent payoff no doubt not bad for ruining a decent side.

That's him finished in this country, no doubt itv will hire him as a pundit, should be funny for European nights away, imagine the voices?

Hate that people like him have it made in the shade career-wise, and that he'll probably manage again for copious amounts of money. Would rather someone like me or you were given a shot at managing - maybe even Mike or Neil ffs! Pfft.

Not mike, that's taking it a bit too far. Understand the sentiment though.

My Forest mate's managerial wish list (in no particular order):

Stuart Pearce, Martin O'Neill, Roy Keane.

why in gods name to Pearce and Keane and no hope in O'Neill

Forest connections and all that.

I still think Keane can become a decent manager, would be good for them. Someone like Dave Penny or Lee Clarke otherwise.

Still rate Billy Davies, seems to inspire his teams to defy odds all the time.

Redknapp calls for an end to vile chants

Harry Redknapp called for an end to the “disgusting” chants after football was dragged into the gutter again.

A week after a four-year- old was shown on video singing about the Munich Air Crash, abuse rained down from fans on both sides at the North London Derby.

Former Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor was on the receiving end of a sick song about the terrorist attack on his Togo team during the African Nations Cup, ending with the refrain “shot in Angola; it should have been you.”

The Arsenal supporters also suggested the whole of Tottenham should have “burned” in the August riots, with the home fans disgracing themselves by repeating their infamous “paedophile” taunts towards Arsene Wenger.

And Redknapp now wants fans across the country to clean up their act.

Redknapp said: “The chants at Ade were disgusting and there were some pretty disgusting chanting at me.

“That’s life, isn’t it? But how do you chant something like that? You can’t be right mentally.

“There’s kids up there. How do you bring kids up to sing songs about Manchester United, as a parent, with a four-year-old singing about the Busby Babes, one of greatest teams ever?

“What’s that kid going to become? I dread to think. I don’t know what we can do with the kids.

“But we can do something to the parents of that four-year-old kid. It’s disgusting. There’s no place for it in life.”

Redknapp’s anger was also echoed by Wenger. “It was not good for us to hear those chants. We respect everybody and want to be respected,” he said.

Fucking hell, those chants man

Villas-Boas, appointed in the summer after a trophy-laden spell at former club Porto, hopes the fixture list will enable Chelsea to gain further ground on the top two.

"It's a good thing for us looking into the future as the other big title chasers play against each other, said the 33-year-old former Porto boss who joined Chelsea in the summer.

"And if we can beat Everton then we can wait for these results and be closer to the top, or move away from those challenging us.

"The Premier League is taking a pattern with other teams like Newcastle and Tottenham challenging us for this position and Liverpool winning the Liverpool derby."
