Colos Curls
Disappointed with the new shirt so Ginola match worn? That's the one. I don't even like it that much, I just want to smell his scent. That is so wrong it borders on right ha. There is some absolute gems on there like, sure there is a 2xl 96 shirt brand new with tags, wish I was fatter!
Guest Shaun
Greatest ever GK top: http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/customphp/gifthumb.php?img=http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/media/catalog/product/N/e/Newcastle-96-GK-Orange.gif&w=265&h=265 I had that and the hideous England one. LRD
I said they were all cheap s*** ages ago, better off getting a retro shirt. Some people need to learn the hard way. Will these be the same kits for next season, or are they going to spring a whole new ensemble on us? I know there's a two-year rule on new shirts, but teams seem to treat the "rule" more like a "gentle suggestion". There will be a new Puma kit. Spurs had theirs changed every year for the past 4 seasons.
timeEd32
Hopefully they put some fucking effort into it this time.
M4
Still like the design of the kit, way it looks on the players. Obviously the material is what needs improving. Also, we should get a new thread for the new, 11-12 kits
sander68
Are we getting a new kit for the next season? Sorry, if been asked before.

Jill
I had a dream they released a version of this: http://cdn.tribesportsshopping.co.uk/products/images/000/008/255/show/newcastle-united-1984-away-shirt.jpg but instead of grey it was orange. Gutted when I woke up and it didn't exist.

Dokko
we are getting new kits for next season arent we? I think so, yeah. This Puma deal was only a year-long IIRC. Nice money spinner for Ashley like. Should get a decent wedge next year as well.
Ginola
It was a two-year deal I think.
Yorkie
Whatever you think of the aesthetical design, the current shirt is a bloody embarrassing wreck of a thing and i seriously hope they improve it next year. I still like having the shirts every year. Aside from the fucking horrible white patch on the back (gutted that we've resorted to that ridiculous shite), last year's was a very good standard of football shirt. This year they're beyond flimsy and, what's more, they're fucking see-through when you hang them up. Bollocks material and a bollocks design imo. They've gradually become more and more like cheap tat over the last decade but this year's took the biscuit. Puma can shove it. I got the old seventies yellow away shirt the other day for £25. That's decent value for money. Plus it comes from a time when football kits actually meant something to the tradition of the club. Meow.
JH
It was a two-year deal I think. It is a two year deal, but I think the shirt is "Newcastle home shirt 10/11".
Ginola
Ah right, I thought you meant the Puma deal. Yea, you could well be right about the shirt just being for one season.

AyeDubbleYoo
The puma one is pretty bad quality, but I like the design. The previous adidas one was also terrible IMO.
Dave
I love the yellow kit now, great memories. It's funny how hated it was to start with (including by myself), looking back. Adidas > Puma.
