They had a couple of seasons with just writing. then had a couple of seasons with the black box...so they're due a change especially as both the previous were Adidas designs. That is Northern Rock Plc and Northern Rock (Asset Management) Plc's official, typeface and letterhead, Logo. Was my initial thought too. If the new shirt had a water mark of our logo it would make the shirt look like a fake shirt which you bought for 3 € in Italy on the beach.
