Stifler
BTW SSN says we and Forest and WBA have made improved offers, meaning that we have already made bids, maybe we are serious about him.

Yorkie
We're probably only bidding cos Forest and WBA are. He would be a big player for either of those and they're our closest rivals, obviously. Mind you, i hope we're not putting all our time into him, like. We need a striker and Moses is bound to go to someone in the top division.

Thespence
An article about Victor & KK: Moses will go forth from the midst of the wilderness and the king Messiah from on high: this one will lead at the head of the flock, and that one will lead at the head of the cloud; and the word of the Lord will be between the both of them; and they will proceed together. This is the Passover night before the Lord. [Fragment Targum Exodus 12.42]

Yorkie
I can't believe Hughton thinks he can pull off four permanent transfers in one window. Poor bugger.

That would kind of fly in the face of Ashley's reputation as a tight arse tbh. More likely he's a young player available at a knock down price which fits the Ashley blueprint perfectly. It's good sense from a business perspective.

It's probably a combination of both really. If he was a few years older, Ashley would probably have told Chrissy to take a hike. But i don't reckon we'd have gotten involved had Forest and WBA not done. If i'm honest... as exciting and refreshing a signing as it would be... i think if i was offered "he's off to the Premier League, and neither of you three" - i'd take it. We don't want them two signing good players period.
EthiGeordie
The Palace fans on their forum reckon hes not really a winger at all, but more of a second striker. That'll definitely be Hughtons thinking. Thats what this football club needs a second stricker I don't think we had one since Bellamy.

Yorkie
Moses off Lovenkrands would potentially be very tasty, and force us into fucking off this constant long ball mentality. Routledge - Guthrie - Barton - Jonas Moses Lovenkrands ... would potentially take teams to bits at home. All very idealistic however. Like i say - 'potentially'. If it didn't happen to work, we'd conform to the typical 'punt it long' tactic after 30 minutes, same as we do in every other home game. We don't have the energy or fitness to play carpet football for ninety minutes, so we'd be going long for atleast some parts of the game, and that'd work even worse with them two up top. But my general point is that i'd love to see that on a teamsheet at some point, rather than Carroll/Shola (not that that partnership is a lost cause results-wise, far from it).
