"She hung herself, it's rather sad, buuuuuuuut, this is for the people who don't mind.

OKAY GUYS, GROUND RULES. THIS GROUP IS NOT MADE TO INSULT THE MEMORY OF SIBYLLE OR HER FAMILY. IT IS SIMPLY MADE TO NOTERIZE THE FACT THAT SHE AN HEROED, LIKE IT OR NOT."

In the parlance of internet trolls who fish for bites on tribute sites and the like, a person who commits suicide and gets media attention becomes "an hero" and killing yourself is "an heroing."

Footballer's daughter Sibylle Sibierski in ‘mephedrone suicide’

Ex-Premiership footballer Antoine Sibierski's teenage daughter hanged herself after downing champagne and the recently banned drug ‘meow meow’, an inquest heard yesterday.

Sibylle Sibierski regularly used the drug mephedrone, which was banned in April after being linked to a number of deaths.

The 18-year-old – whose French father played for Manchester City and Newcastle United – was found hanged when police broke into her flat on February 1 after friends were unable to contact her.

Her ‘state of mind may have been affected by her use of mephedrone and alcohol’, said Joanne Kearsley, deputy coroner for south Manchester.

‘Your daughter was clearly a very popular and outgoing and much-loved daughter, and was a young woman in the prime of her life,’ she told her parents at Stockport Coroner’s Court.

‘I suspect this may have been an impulsive act, perhaps driven by her low mood.’

Miss Sibierski was described as ‘insecure’ by boyfriend Adam Mohammed, with whom she had argued the day before she died.

Friends told how she bought mephedrone – which was legal at the time – for £25 a gram every weekend from a ‘herbal shop’ near her home in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Her father, 35, said Miss Sibierski had no history of depression and insisted he knew nothing of her drug habit. He described her as a ‘generous and happy and outgoing person’.

Recording a narrative verdict, Ms Kearsley said there was not enough evidence to suggest the teenager intended to kill herself.
