Oh so we're still blaming Hughton are we? This is sickening.

A lot of people on here should be embarassed. Hughton picked the perfect team I thought? Surely we couldn't lose? 4-4-2 away from home regardless wasn't it?

Now we're getting hammered and it's tough to take. So what exactly are you blaming him for now?

Let this be a lesson. He works with those plonkers everyday and he had good reason for being more defensive away from home it seems.

If anything hughton has proved a bunch of you dead wrong!

Aye because a 1-0 defeat would feel sooo much better than a 3-0 defeat.

When was the last time we were beaten 1-0 away from home in the league. Disappointed with our away form are you?

I agree about not blaming Hughton but I think a quick look at our defence will explain what's happening. 75% of our defence is injured and has been patched up with loan signings.

Man some of the knee jerk on this board is depressing.

You can't say that mate, obviously if something goes wrong everything is f***ing s***. We have fluked the entire season and in reality should be mid table.

Those of us with sense have known for a long time that we're stupidly reliant on the first choice defence. You too i'm sure.

You are embarrassing.

You can't have been f***ing impressed with this season?

I was talking about him sucking his own balls. Anyone who compliments their own knowledge wants a slap.

I was defending myself and others from the accusations of knee-jerking.

Fact - Hughton will get the blame for this when 90% of the this place wanted the lineup we got.

Yep, can point the finger at Hughton for many things as manager but the starting line-up tonight is hardly one of them.

This.

anyone can pick a half decent lineup, there's more to being a manager than just doing that. obviously something is not right with how we've prepared and played out the match and it seems to be similar to what has been an issue in other away games this season. i'd be quite worried about getting promotion at all if Hughton doesn't address it in the next match.

So if he knew, why did he play it tonight?

And his alternatives fail to beat Leicester, Sheff Wed, Barnsley (and the cup games).  Not that I'm a vocal Hughton critic, but your post was stupid.

I'll ask you again.

If Hughton had it down to a T because he knows these players inside and out, why did he change it tonight ?

Because we were coming off a 5-1 win? Imagine he'd gone back to a more defensive line up and we didn't win...he'd have got slaughtered.

No, he's not - he's a wise manager, who buys cracking top players.

Well, at least some think so.....

Oh, and the blistering performance by Best has won a few over on here (snigger)
