Guest BooBoo
Belletti is one we should definitely go for for a year or so, would sort that position out nicely. Sigh.

Super Duper Branko Strupar
Apologies if its been posted but I've just come across the most comprehensive free transfers/Bosmans site Ive found for this summer http://www.givemefootball.com/pfa-transfer-list You can even make enquiries. I might see if Hansey Aljofree fancies playing 5-a-side next week
Nobody
Nemanja Vidic's agent confirms player may leave Manchester United http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/jun/10/nemanja-vidic-leaving-manchester-united. If they sell him in the summer they will need two new CBs as Rio is knackered/finished. Clearly wants to come here

Pilko
He may have scored a goal for Denmark and had a great game the other day, but let's not forget the years and years of frustration and mediocre performances for Charlton. He's a speed merchant, he'd only be a minor step up from the likes of Pancrate. Having said that, he's free, and who else is there? I'd take him at the moment. Guest BooBoo
If we only have a small budget for wages, a wide man is simply not a priority.

You say that like you sat and watched him every week. Mind you I'm not debating your point at all, Rommedahl is horribly inconsistent, just look at his miss in the first half compared, with his goal. Pilko
Every time I saw Charlton, they'd mention him and talk about his pace but rarely would he do anything.
J7
If Dennis fuckin Rommedahl is considered unrealistic (ie, too good for us) then we might as well give up and go down now. Fuckin hell!

Doctor Zaius
I dont know why people keep ruling us out spending any money what so ever? It's simply bizzare to think we'll spend nowt. Why on earth would Ashley refuse to spend anything this summer when its clear we're desperate for new palyers despite the fact he spent in January when bringing in players wasn't absolutely essential like it is this summer. Obviously the noises coming out of the club haven't been positive but the board have never said that we're not going to spend anything, we can only hope the purpose of the statements was to lower expectations somewhat. I dont expect us to spend much, but I certainly hope we spend something. To not even make an effort in trying to stay up simply makes no sense on Ashley's part. Shak
To not even make an effort in trying to stay up simply makes no sense on Ashley's part. Well he's hardly been a pillar of logic in his time here has he? He'll spend nowt and hope we can stay up with what we've got. Cheaper that way. He's not put the club up for sale so he's got to have some ambition to see us do well, or else why would he carry on losing money through us, especially if we go down. Born out of the fact it would make absolutely not sense whatsoever to spend nothing, I'm pretty confident we'll spend something this summer.

We'll only spend if we sell someone first. They told us that. Until we sell someone I don't expect anyone to come in, barring loans and/or kids.
