.I know many lads who vowed never to return after the 19 point season in 2003 and they haven't

So they're not going to see their club when they're at the best for fuck knows how long, with nobody on the playing side, coaching or boardroom still there from that season? Sounds shit to me.

SAFC have found a way to boost the numbers by 1,000 for there next home game

Struggling to sell tickets for a Christmas match - that is worrying for them.

Blackpool have 3000 tickets the same as any away team at our place gets bar Man Utd who only get 1500 due to constant standing over the years.

Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story though.

Apparently Gobshite Quinn has bought a shit load of tailors dummies from Slaters in a latest bid to fill the ground.

Whilst he's on he should really get the paint pot out for those faded red seats that look awfully weather beaten.

The statement from Blackpool's official website says that Sunderland have made 1,000 EXTRA tickets available and away supporters can now pay on the day.

Forgive me if I'm mistaken or if this statement was incorrect, but if it is correct it would imply that Sunderland are struggling to sell tickets for the match, which as I said is quite unusual for a Christmas holiday fixture.

Blackpool were given an initial allocation of 2000 tickets which as of 21 December still had 300 tickets remaining, they have now been given an extra 1000.

Are Sunderland really suffering falling attendances?

Not a great thing for them considering this is one of their strongest squads in decades while obviously carrying a huge wage bill, again probably their largest ever wage bill.

2002/2003 Premiership Years has just been on.

They had a highlight reel for Sunderland's own goals that season.
