They've finished above us what, 6 times in the last 20 years?

Thats almost a 50/50 split  :frantic:

they still hold the record for lowest points total in the prem ever dont they?

SAFC have dominated games with less than 30% possession so Bruce might be happy with 6 out of 20

Losses

Most losses in a season (38 or 42 games): 29, joint record:

Ipswich Town (1994–95)

Sunderland (2005–06)

Derby County (2007–08)

Most consecutive losses in a season (38 games): 15, Sunderland (2002–03)

Most consecutive losses over more than one season (38 games): 20, Sunderland (2002–03, 2005–06)

(Sunderland lost their last 15 games of the 2002–03 season and were relegated. They followed this up by losing their first 5 games of the 2005–06 season, their next season in the Premier League.)

Good to see all the usual suspects getting their knickers in a twist over Sunderland splashing the cash again.

Since when did that expression mean 'pissing yourself laughing'?  ???

Well you must be 'pissing yourself laughing' at your own club as Crouch is better than anything you have by a distance, he would walk into your team.

C'mon Wearyside, you normally dress your wind-ups up a little better than that. F for effort on that one.

Nothing to wind you up about, Crouch is better than anything you have. Enjoy Macheda with your £35m.

5-1

0-1

Get back to me when you are capable of finishing above us. It could be a while.

Ta.

Sunderland asking for bank guarantees before selling Gyan to Galatasaray or Trabzonspor at loss. Cost €15m, going for €6m + variables. #safc

There's the Crouch money!

Guest Wearside

Can see Wearside being happy with Gyan leaving (judging from his comments about the lad being overweight, uninterested and all that).

Crouch and Helmes in. Gyan out.

Hopefully this happens.
