Guest gggg
wouldn't mind seeing uruguay, holland or germany win it. Just not spain. Would like Germany for the team/football or Holland for the history. Definitely not Spain and it won't be Uruguay anyway.
gazza ladra
Netherlands v. Spain; I'd like to see someone new win the Cup. Lagers are piss.

Definitely not Spain and it won't be Uruguay anyway. Don't mean to rattle on about Uruguay but they've got a great chance. Netherlands are favourites, yes, but if Uruguay can produce another 'solid' performance, Forlan is liable to produce something. Will be interesting to see how they do without Suarez, though. Pretty much halves their threat.
Keefaz
It was obvious Germany would batter all, and I told all you chumps beforehand. It's Germany, man. God knows how they do it, but they almost always do.

Colocho
Maybe they really are the master race? Turks, Poles, and Ghanaians? Mentally and tactically The 'Turk' and 'Ghanaian' are mixed raced - hybrid vigour ftw.

Kaizero
One of the top scorers isn't even German. How does being born, moving to France the same year and living there for six before settling in Germany with his family and living there for the rest of his life, and learning to play football there, not make him eligible to play for Germany? Passing the Parky test somewhat as well with his family on his father's side being of German descent.
Guest gggg
The only one who moved to play football was the Brazilian. Ozil and Boateng are as German as Agbonlahor is English, Klose and Podolski are more German than Barnes, Dorigo, Hargreaves et al were English. Guest firetotheworks
I don't think mentioning English players that weren't born in England does anything but highlight their point really. Where was Hargreaves born though? I remember an interview when someone asked him if he thought he should play for his home country and he said 'Where's home?' Look up "Silesia". A lot of ethnic Germans live there in Poland. And they're both half ethnic German. They moved to Germany when they were very young, went to school in Germany, learned football in Germany, and grew up in Germany.
AyeDubbleYoo
All of them are eligible, all of them want to represent Germany... any questioning of them is totally irrelevant.

Lugano and Godin struggling to be fit and Fucile is suspended, thats 3 of their first choice back 4 (when they play that system).

David28
Isn't the WC finished, who won/are playing? Argentina won. They arrived back home today and were celebrated like heros. Well, they deserved it after knocking out Mexico, Germany, Spain and Holland.

Guest Roland
Boularouz will replace him. Not sure who will replace Nigel de Jong but most likley it will be de Zeeuw. According to our (Dutch) media, Lugano will not make it but Godin can play.
