Cajun
Too early for him to play against Sunderland? Dreading the options with Tiote out so blind hope seems a good option.

Shayno
Impossible to say as nobody here saw him play and therefore know what condition he is in. Going purely off what Beardsley has said and our injury problems you would expect him to make the bench and possibly get 20 minutes or so depending on the situation in the game. JH
"that watching first-teamers Kevin Nolan, Steve Harper and Joey Barton applauded the 20 year-old off the field after his excellent 70-minute display." What did they expect them to do like? Boo? "YOU'RE NOT FIT TO WEAR THE SHIRT! YOU'RE NOT FIT TO WEAR THE SHIRT!"

What did they expect them to do like? Boo? "YOU'RE NOT FIT TO WEAR THE SHIRT! YOU'RE NOT FIT TO WEAR THE SHIRT!" Players can sometimes be harsh judges on one another. A round of applause isn't something to be taken for granted.
Village Idiot
That's nice camaraderie towards the new boy, particularly coming from the captain and two senior players. As Cronky says you shouldn't take this kind of stuff for granted in a dressing room.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
fully expecting him to boss the game on Sunday and score a hat-trick and present Shola with 20 chances (scoring 1). If he doesn't, he's not fit to wear the shirt to be honest.
