Ameritoon
It sucks that team that could be excited as Man City are stuck with an Italian manager who plays three defensive midfielders.

Nordstrom
Drogba getting taking out. How blatent was Boyata? Absolutely incredible foul. Surely he knows how to be a bit more discreet than that. Embarassing "challenge" to be honest.

The real problem for City is their defence not being completely solid, and the attacking three being one dimensional.
Ketsbaia
that first half was one of the best halves of football i've seen in a while, despite the lack of shots. the intensity was pulverising!

The real problem for City is their defence not being completely solid, and the attacking three being one dimensional. They've let up, what, 2 goals in the Prem? Don't think their defense is the problem. Their attack wouldn't be one dimensional if they decided to play two strikers, giving someone for Tevez to play off of. Chelsea are using the same formation because they have the players for it, Man City do not. Hence why one team is successful and the other is bland and losing to Sunderland. M4
Ramires looking another Obi, Kalou type player for Chelsea. Nothing much in him just there to make up the numbers.

Ameritoon
Loving Martin Tyler's idiots guide to soccer on the commentary. 'Manchester if you have never heard of it is about 200 miles North West of London' Think it's because the same feed is being broadcast in America as well. But, he didn't commentate like this for World Cup, so, I don't know.

You're mad if you think Ramires is anywhere as good as Obi and Kalou who have been vital for Chelsea the last two seasons. He's been awful thus far. The other two have been good for three years now. edit: At fault for the goal. The other CMs wouldn't have lost the ball like that.

MW
BBC updates 1404: GOALFLASH Man City 1-0 Chelsea (Tevez) From Raphael, via text: "Not surprised by City. Mancini did it all the time at Inter. Ultra defensive & hoped Ibrahimovic conjured something up. Tevez is not in the same league."

Yeah, I've noticed that they're just completely dismissing our victory as though it didn't happen. Don't worry, they hadn't lost a cup game in open play since Abramovich, even though we knocked them out of the FA Cup in 2005.
