Elliottman
Why did he get subbed off? Still trying to get his fitness i guess. Was his best game for us since his come back. Ball retention was very good, obviously his ball for Ba and his run when he hit the post. His touch is getting better. He is slowly getting there. Anyone with any sense would have said we needs to give him 15-20 games, so i pleased. I still got a text off someone saying 'he doesnt work hard enough'..... Conjo
Very promising performance. Still prefer to see him on the wing mind. Yep, stick him out there and let him roam. Im not sure what I prefer, but a good argument for this after todays game is that if he gets in similar positions to what he did today, the ball would be on his left foot. Edit: assuming you mean the right wing that is.
eliassenfredrik
I guess it was sensible subbing him, but the long lasting face palm I put in to action seeing Cuntenkrands entering the pitch kind of removed that idea.

Elliottman
Did he throw his shirt at Pardew in temper or jest? Didnt see, but he was slapping hands with people on the bench so dont imagine he was in a huff.

alexf
haha didnt even take the shirt off but yeah looked bit frustrated at giving away the pen and probs the result. Didnt really mind him coming off as he should start against man united and he will be fresher for that.

Dr Venkman
He's going to be brilliant for us, I don't care what people say. Just depends where we play him, because Ba won't thrive if it's the pair of them up front. Would've thrived today if he'd hit the back of the net from a pretty easy chance Harsh on Ba. Wasn't an easy chance. I know, it was pretty easy though.

Guest VaVaVoom
Ba should have buried BOTH of his chances and Ben Arfa should have scored his too imho.

wormy
Did he throw his shirt at Pardew in temper or jest? Shirt in temper, then several water bottles. Then parades face. Literally. Ripped his head off and threw it at him. Team player. All seriousness, some right jizz in pants moments today.

Tiresias
Nasri was totally invisible all match, or was that just me being blind? Arfa looked class on the ball, and should have scored. He'll get a goal if he plays like that again sooner rather than later

Tiresias
I do like Nasri a lot as a player but he seems to want to drop deep and be a playmaker sort of player which he's not up to, always convinced me more as a goal scoring inside winger. alexf
doesn't look the player he did for arsenal last year where he was fantastic. Not sure why as it's not like he has changed leagues or anything but i guess just not currently "in-form"
