54 Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 There is no way he was as bad as people were making out, he has had bad performances recently, but he was decent today, he wasn't particularly good, but he wasn't particularly bad either, it was just an average performance, the whole team were making mistakes, Tiote just gets singled out when he makes mistakes, because for some reason people have it against him. The College Dropout Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 Our little wobble around 80 mins. was largely his fault. Kept getting harried and losing the ball. Also he should focus on closing down players when they counter instead of trying to read the pass. Close them down, if they go past you take the yellow. Forgot who lost the ball but the break was on for Wigan, instead of closing down the player he tried to read the pass.. the player decided he would just run past Tiote and could've scored.
