Guest Dontooner Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 Don't think he should be the Pivot in the team when we have the ball, he distribution is poor and him trying to be a boss in middle of the park with the ball is a big liability. He should just tackle and pass the ball to the defenders and move up the field, get Anita or Cabaye to do the distribution. When we have the ball he should be no where near the positions to receive easy balls. Freaking liability now, he has to stop believing in his abilities on the ball. Some excellent tackles and crosses, a couple of baffling decisions, attempted passes and tackles. Needs to find balance in his game. All his hard work and a lot of tidy passes, completely undone by losing it 3 or 4 times 25 yards from our own goal. Teams have wised up to that suicidal turn he always tries. Lost the ball poorly twice but largely steadied his ship. I wish Anita made himself the presence Tiote does. 124 attempted passes compared to Anita's 40.
