Not that I'm bitter yep, they need to be reminded of the utter stupidity in how much they enjoyed our relegation like.
AyeDubbleYoo
Still don't really understand why Villa in particular stuck the knife in when we went down.

JH
Still don't really understand why Villa in particular stuck the knife in when we went down. Because we were there - wrong place, wrong time. I don't see why people are getting their knickers in a twist over it. We'll probably do it to WBA if we send them down on the last day this year. Nobody
How can they be "safe" if they are in the drop zone?
JH
How can they be "safe" if they are in the drop zone? Because there's another 4 months still to go?

Ocho
I dunno about safe, but there are definitely 3 worse teams than Villa - West Ham, Wigan and Wolves/West Brom. If Young and Agbonlahor stay fit, they've got a good chance to score goals. It's what they're lacking at the moment.
Ocho
i'm guessing by that comment you weren't at Villa Park that day? I was there on the day and I'm not bothered by Villa at the slightest. We're considered to be a big name club and they took delight at us going down. I'm sure it would have been the same if it was the other way round. No big deal. It's just a bit 'small time' to suggest there's a rivalry there when they probably haven't given us a second thought since. It'll be great to see them go down, but that's because they're a 'big name' rather than because they sang a new nasty songs about us.
NG32
How can they be "safe" if they are in the drop zone? Because there's another 4 months still to go? tbf JH, they have been pretty gash this season. They are in trouble.
JH
Of course they're in trouble. I just think they've got enough quality for them to scrape survival.
Guest Geordiesned
Be either Tom Hanks or Prince William I guess. Or David Cameron? Or Amy Winehouse or Simon Le Bon.

How is wanting them to go down because they're a big name any better than wanting them to go down because of what they did to us?
Neil
If they were going down, it wouldn't be small time at all rubbing in their faces as much as possible. It's 'banter', no?
Revolution Number 9
If they do go down, I'm going to sign on their biggest forum as 'Ant and Dec'.
Foluwashola
Villa fans went past the standard "laugh at big club going down" though, they managed to reach a whole new level of patheticness with their fine array of banners and so on. Unfortunately, there are at least 3 teams far worse then them though this season
wormy
If Sunderland done what they done, it would be acceptable, big rivals and so on. But Villa? When have we even competed with them in the league recently? Or competed as fans? Was just so random and pointless. For that reason, I won't care about Villa themselves going down, but I'll have a slight chuckle at the expense of their arrogant fans.
Raconteur
After a rudimentary search, I figured by the title that this must be the official Villa thread when we bothered to have one. As such, I also figured it was worthy of a bump considering there's the odd possibility they won't exist for much longer:
