Colocho
Wouldn't have said he looked ''fat''. Carrying a bit of extra weight, but not fat.
JH
Wouldn't have said he looked ''fat''. Carrying a bit of extra weight, but not fat. You sound like his mother "He's not fat. HE'S BIG BONED!!"
Keefaz
The lad just can't stay on his feet, ffs.
midds
Considering he had to look after Didier Drogba for 90 minutes I thought he did pretty well. Not exactly who you want to face on your first game in months.
Newcastle Fan
I missed having someone throwing himself at every shot, he did well yesterday. He did look like he gained a few pounds though.
Jimburst
The lad just can't stay on his feet, ffs. My problem with him is exactly this. He goes to ground so easily he never EVER picks up loose balls or deflections. Makes a lot of work for his defensive partner tbh.

Ronaldo
There's definetely a few extra pounds of fat there. Not that it really matters.
wormy
Considering he had to look after Didier Drogba for 90 minutes I thought he did pretty well. Not exactly who you want to face on your first game in months. Close to a year tbf. Considering the circumstances, was as pleased with him yesterday as I was Sol. Obviously different expectations for both of them!

Lucifer
A poor man's John Terry. But did well yesterday for sure.
Magpie
Saw him today at the bottom of Northumberland Street, had too many layers on to detect his kite status. He did however nearly get knocked over making a run for it while it was snowing!
Crumpy Gunt
He's been offered a new 'improved' contract.

Thespence
He's been offered a new 'improved' contract. I fear that a SJP kiosk worker has lost there job to make this deal happen.
quayside
I'd rather we kept him in our squad tbh, but a new contract (even if he signs it) isn't necessarily a statement of loyalty from the club or the player. The deal obviously means that the player gets his wages increased but, for the club, it means that if anyone wants to buy him they've got to pay the market rate. Milner signed a new contract not long before he left iirc.
Guest dazzanufc1892
looked overweight facially definitely, physique he didnt look like he was too much larger than usual. worth a new contract until kadar develops.

Guest neesy111
50K for Steven Taylor. Laughable. I thought the days of us offering stupid wages for useless/average players had gone
