What's the odds on him getting the only goal of the game when we play them shortly.

Phil Forster @Sky_PhilForster

Deal for Jonas would be a loan deal until end of the season #nufc

More soon on @SkySportsNews

.... phew.. won't be scoring the winner against us then....

That's if the deal is set up correctly of course (Lua Lua)

Is that a rule, or is it something that could be left out?

Sad to see him go, was enjoying him in the under 21's. His time had come in the first team for starting but still felt he was a very good squad player to have around. Be interesting to see how he fairs for them. Not looking forward to seeing him play for another club in the PL though, all feels so wrong.

Disapointed.

He could still do a job at right back in emergencies and also could do a job helping to close games out as a sub.

I think he's been a great servant for us and is unfairly derided on here.

:spit:

Norwich set to land Jonas Gutierrez from Newcastle. Clause in his contract meant he would earn new deal if he played again, hence sale.

Why give him a 4 year contract then? Very odd.

Aye my Norwich-supporting mate has turned on Hughton now.

I posted something on his wall on Saturday about John Gwynne being extra shouty (we're both avid fans of his) and in his reply he mentioned the Jonas deal.  One comment being, "Sounds about right, an attacking player that doesn't really attack. He'll fit right in to Hughton's plan to make us the most mind-numbingly tedious team to watch in Premier League history."
