Guest NewBoyPeetah
Would actually be a bit frightening if hughton got the west ham job and started up a poaching operation for our best players. Do they have much money though? not notably though he can have shola And Perch.

Ikon
Bring in Seb Larsson, Wheater (sell Taylor) and Donovan on loan. Would improve the quality (depth) of our squad alot. Then put the bigger money on a quality striker. IF we have money to spend in januari that is
Vinny Green Balls
I'd love Donovan here, but he gets jaded very easily. I've seen this from him ever since he joined the Earthquakes back in 2001. This club does not strike me as a place that would give him the stability that he needs. And he sorely lacks the toughness to adapt to any old environment.
Vinny Green Balls
I have followed Holden since I first saw him score a wonder goal 2 minutes after he came on as a sub for the Dynamo 4 years ago or so. He is the best all-round player the U.S. has ever produced. The holding role he plays for Bolton is not his best position. He was fantastic on either wing for the Dynamo, as he can cross well with both feet. A good versatile player you can throw anywhere in the midfield. Probably not realistic now, mind you. Disco
Wheater is fucking terrible. Don't want his anywhere near NUFC.

I think Keane's past it tbh, but still gotta be better than what we've got Krul Sim Colo Will Enrique Lar Barton Tiote Donovan Nolan Carroll On a short term deal I'd have Keane, but he's getting on now

Nobody
Krul Simpson, Williamson, Coloccini, Enrique Larsson, Tiote Barton, Donavon, Ben Arfa Carroll Larsson as a holding midfielder?
cubaricho
Krul Simpson, Williamson, Coloccini, Enrique Larsson, Tiote Barton, Donavon, Ben Arfa Carroll Larsson as a holding midfielder? Would rather have it more along the lines of Tiote holding, Barton right in front of him, Larsson and BA on the wings, Donovan in the hole, and Carroll up top personally. Flip
Dropping Nolan now are we? I'd bring in Donovan and N'Zogbia in January, Larsson in the summer. Play something like: BenArfa Barton Tiote N'Zogbia Donovan/Nolan Carroll

wormy
Really shouldn't happen. Ability wise it'd be a step up on the left flank. But not enough to be worth the trouble he'd bring though.
Flip
Is this still the 'realistic' transfer thread? Yes, and I believe Messi and Villa would improve playing of Carroll.
