I was listening to Neil Warnock on Talksport and he said the rumour had definitely come out of the Newcastle Boardroom because he had heard weeks ago of someone "in the Boardroom" who didn't like Hughton and that's how it started. It would have been better to have someone like Guthire, Vuckik that could contribute at the field; even Raylor with great free kicks and in swingers if that was necassary.
