Pardew's horrible football aside, at least, we had some stability and not manager changes every week However, with Pardew, we'd gotten boring, he was not motivated to take the next step. Even with Carver's limitations, his passion, work ethic and experience will help us strive for more and finally take us out of this top 10 nonsense and on to a European spot in the next two seasons.
