No, you're solidly average - good.

 I can imagine you with a Top Gear 'Lap Times' wall next to your computer with all the posters names on.

it's what the forum's crying out for really, 'the ronaldo league'.

Menez is a world class player... I would take him for around £8m....

              Gervinho (or Sow)

Ben Arfa   Nolan(or Ireland)    Ménez

            Tioté  Barton

Enrique  Colo  Willo  Jonas (or Simmo)

                 Harper

Do you really have Jonas at right back?

He played for Argentina at right back, so...

This formation is just my thinking. :D

And how well did that go?

Just like Perch do it for NUFC :D

Very well, so well he was labelled the worst player they've seen by some of my Brazilian friends and family members.

Well he was very poor, but not that bad, some of your friends have to stay away from the glue ;)

Adam Johnson is a long shot tbh as he is benched alot and maybe restless  just clutching at straws i guess .

Can't see us being his best option.

He'd be a starter in every team in the league for me.

Ruud van Nistelrooy has said he would take some sort of inferior deal to return to England. He's talking about being a backup for a larger club, but could he do something a bit more for us if he isn't asking for much?

On decent wages, yes please!

Would be a fair upgrade on Loven anyway.

You build for the future with an evolving and balanced squad. Just think how much someone like Best could learn from a genius like Van Nistelrooj.

not a great deal i'd have thought.........ranger on the other hand.

so any Yanks gonna tell us about Juan Agudelo? Seems a prospect....heard about him before his goal against Argentina but not seen much of him....or the new Altidore? ie: overhyped.

He's been really exciting for us. Noway to predict if he's "the next Altidore," although Jozy is still young so I wouldn't label him over-hyped either. Agudelo's gotten himself in the right place, held up the ball well, and looked a bit explosive. He's still got a lot of work to do, but looks really promising.

Any bias aside, we should really get in for Park Chu-Young when Monaco go down.

no

EDIT: unless he's free or dirt cheap, which fits the profile i suppose

rather have one of your burgeoning crop of never-say-die midfielder's personally

He's the best Korean player right now by a mile.

"Never say die" midfielders are a dime a dozen here, but then again they are in England as well.

i meant ones who can run

Chu-Young wouldn't last five minutes with us oldtype, he'd be hounded out before he had a chance

plus, unless he's really developed recently, we don't need another striker who needs 7 chances to put one in the net

This part is true. He's good at everything else though. As long as you're not relying on him to be your main goalscorer he'll net about one in three and help the team in ways too numerous to mention.

Of course he can run, he's Korean man, where have you left your stereotypes!
