Yes, was just talking about that shirt. Players have always customised their shirts but that design seemed to irritate players more than others. Bowyer probably the most extreme case

Reminds me that one of my recurring drunken football arguments is that players should wear paper shirts (Or a material with similar properties) so that any shirt pullling just leads to the offender being left holding a handful of paper whilst the attacker runs off.

 

Instant booking for the offender because he can't deny the offence when he's standing there with a handful of shirt, and doesn't actually stop the attack either.

We absolutely battered Grimsby (good pun there…) and lost 1-0 to this screamer. Someone in a post elsewhere was on about applauding opposition goals, this is an example of that.
