Lovenkrands is out for the game supposedly.

According to who?

The three legends were saying on the radio - they probably know as much as you and I though

I still don't reckon Ireland will start. I mean I wouldn't mind it, but Pardew said on Monday, he can only offer 20 minutes then after that he's not sure. Its been a week but I can only see him making a decent impact for 45 minutes at most due to injuries and prior confidence issues.

Still wouldn't start Ireland, even if Lovenkrands is unavailable.

Would start Ranger.  He may be awful, but Blackpool are about as bad as they get atm.  He may just grab a goal.  Either way, if he's poor first half, replace with Ireland.  But if we rush Ireland back we risk losing him for the rest of the season, and without Guthrie, it's a risk we can ill afford.

They're in shite form so this is game that I would usually expect up to lose, badly. However I have been quite surprized how we have played against the lower table teams this season. So just because of that I'm going 1-2.

If that team starts i'll be very happy, can't see Blackpool getting anything from this which makes me nervous lol.

Newcastle have gone three hours without a league goal, and have failed to score in four of their last five league away games.

Newcastle have lost both previous matches against their fellow promoted sides.

Blackpool will set a new Premier League record (17 matches) for both teams scoring if they and their visitors are on target.

beimg optimistic I'd say 0-2 to us.

Being pesimistic I'd say 2-0 blackpool.

Being realistic I'd say a draw maybe 1-1.
