No Ireland so I assume Pardew will go with:

                      Krul

Simpson-Wiliamson-Coloccini -Jose

Barton  - Guthrie -    Tiote -  Jonas

            Nolan

                          Shola

I hate 4AM kick offs...

Pretty sure Guthrie's out too.

'We can get something!'

Based on? Be lucky if we score there.

Don't think it's a ridiculous opinion tbf. We did beat them earlier in the season (albeit when AC was in black and white). They're not invincible and we're not shite (except when we're facing shite, obviously).

Not saying I'd put my house on us to get something, but it's not bonkers to believe we could get something.

We've beat Arsenal at the Emirates, Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (with our reserve team), and pulled off the most ridiculous comeback in Premiership history just this season.

If nothing else we should have learned to never, ever say that a result is nailed on.

Nolan in midfield = Loss

Based on this genius equation we'd have about zero wins this season.

How many have we won without Nolan?

That's what i'm saying, zero.

Ranger did well against this lot the last time out, reckon 12/1 for him to be the last goalscorer is worth a punt?

Dunno, if he's failed to score against lower opposition - I doubt that he'd score on Sunday.

Nope. Can't see Ranger getting anywhere near a goal in this game.

We're going to get absolutely hammered.

Fully expect Carroll to weigh in with at least 2 goals if he gets on the pitch as well.

We'll be lucky to get nil.

Liverpool haven't suddenly become Barcelona you know.
