Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Recommended Posts

He got time and space on the ball with Everton asleep. I'll save the superlatives for when we need him to get control of the game and he does it.

Yep. Quite easy to play well when nobody is trying too hard to tackle you.

Hopefully he'll realize that's what it's like for opposing midfielder against him.

Load of bollocks that.

Our best player got hauled off at HT and Cabaye still managed to change the game at about 70% fit.  The man is a class act.

Just a coincidence they completely stopped trying at HT then?

He'd have been useless in the first half, as usual.

Excellent today

Ignoring Remy's goals, Cabs is motm so far.

I don't think being dropped has done him or Tiote any harm. Both players might have realised that you can't take your place for granted.

I don't understand why people will say that Cabaye had a bad game if he doesn't hit one of his screamers. He links up play a lot, has a decent positioning and covers a lot of ground for a midfielder.

I think if he has a good game people will say so and the same applies if he plays badly like he did for us when we needed him last season. He had a very good game today and was equally good when he came on against Everton.

Thought he was very good yesterday. The ball for Debuchy where he should have shot, the pass to Cisse leading to the Remy second....only he could pick that pass in our squad. The free-kick which hit the post was out of Robert's top drawer as well.
