Despite not saying he wants to leave, he really doesn't help himself when he comments on speculation.

 

Never says he'll leave, but never says he'll stay either.

 

Yes that was the atmopshere of the interview.

I'm not disagreeing with him, but it's certainly ironic if he's complained about the style of play when it's pretty much based around him.

 

The long balls don't suit him, if they are based around him it's hardly his fault.

Said this in the summer. Predictable as fuck that failing to invest would see our better players banging on the exit door. I thought we'd manage to get at least through January like.

 

Yup. Think a few have cottoned onto this in the Pards thread. It has been my main worry of late.

Maybe its the only way forward. If it isn't adressed we wont progress and key players will try to leave. Cabaye is a natural playmaker, who hardly sees the ball. Cant be satisfying when losing.
