No lennon and Bale has f***ed us up bad though but we need to go 3-5-2 like we did stoke in the second half. Need to put Modric back in the middle IMO. Totally wasted on the wing. Only Stoke are currently looking like overtaking you at the moment. Which says just as much about the rest of the league's current quality as it does about Stoke's good form. johnnypd Posted December 18, 2011 Share Posted December 18, 2011 difficulty is that it's a lot easier to move from mid-table to where we are now than to move from 7th to 6th. Liverpool and the other teams up there are clearly just better than us and it would take sizeable investment to properly bridge the gap. saying that we need to hold off the likes of stoke for the rest of the season which may be difficult if we pick up more injuries, lose tiote and ba for acon, or sell in January.
