Cajun
ITV showing the live, free to air game first on their highlights show. Good stuff. Do you think they will even show our goals tonight? probably just say Newcastle played Blackburn, show a picture of Jonas and Ben Arfa together and go to the next game. Cajun
Do they not show the previous days goals? I meant we got about 40 seconds last night so they will struggle to show even less of the footage tonight.

Dave
Well you were kinda right Jon, apologies. Anyway: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16376790.stm Wednesday were enjoying particular success down the right flank with James Tavernier, on loan from Newcastle, testing the credentials of West Ham's 17-year-old left-back Dan Potts. Tavernier fashioned the first chance of the game when he flashed a shot across Boffin's goal and then beat Potts, son of former Hammers captain Steve, to whip in a right-wing cross which just evaded O'Grady. Dave
http://www.owlstalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/161454-tavernier-leaves-hillsbrough/ They seem to think he's far better as a winger.
ponsaelius
http://www.owlstalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/161454-tavernier-leaves-hillsbrough/ They seem to think he's far better as a winger. Interesting. At Gateshead and Carlisle they said he was better going forward but not to the point where he's "never a defender" like on there. Beren
Was a bit surprised to hear RVP had been given time off for a family holiday in Dubai. Guess he worked hard over the Christmas period away from his family and he'll be busy over the summer so it makes some sense.

jukeboxromeo
Park Chu-Young still can't get in the team. Awful career move.
Sifu
Henry is going to embarrass himself. More than likely but against a Championship side, he might do decent enough. He'll probably score the winner
JH
Whilst he's nowhere near as good as he once was, he's nowhere near as bad as has been suggested. He's still got something. Will do alright against that Leeds team.
SEMTEX
He's still a perfectly skilled player, but it's just so far from what he used to be, given he used his burst of pace so effectively. He just doesn't have that any more, and he hasn't showed much willingness to really change up his game/position.
JH
Jon Champion on ITV was a bit strange, Clive Tyldsley on ESPN is just plain weird.
