it's not surprising, like. can't go to old trafford for a grudge match with players like Coquelin, Traore and Jenkinson ffs. Even the so called better players in that lineup like Koscielny, Rosicky and Arshavin are the type of players they need shipping out.

This has been building for some time at Arsenal due to the way they go about things in terms of building a side. Everyone's been pointing out their problems, Wenger's done little to address them and this is the end result.

D'ya reckon we'll be first game on Motd2 tonight?

somehow don't think we'll quite top their list

With ten goals in that game to show, we'll be lucky if they show both our goals

Is Wenger being allowed to spend though?

Not even £100 million could save Wenger this summer, he's missed the boat big style. If he's lucky he might be able to get one quality player through before the transfer window ends.

Arsenal and Spurs: We have a experienced midfielder that can shut up shop, if you're interested.

I take it you mean Alan Smith?

Yes, we would reluctantly part with Smith for a fee of around £10m.

Arsenal were a bit unlucky there, IMO. Close game. Result flattered Man Utd.
