Negative, dour bollocks and only late on does he think, "wow, I'd best change this." I'm hugely appreciative of what he's done in the past for us but you get an incredible amount of fawning over him in the media. It's as though we're not allowed to criticise him. He's tactically poor time and time again and his selections are questionable on a very frequent basis. 4-5-1 at home isn't a good start but it's workable; it's not workable when the striker gets fuck all support. As for the referee, the less said about Lee Mason the better. A quite incredible catalogue of decisions, including 2 legitimate penalty claims; summed up at the end when Coleman got completely taken out and the ref didn't even give a foul.
