The bloke decided 9 years ago to not listen to experienced football people like Allardyce, KK or Shearer and...All this mess is his. The people who he has surrounded himself with for football advice is an absolute shocker. The only thing I can think of is Allardyce, KK and Shearer told him stuff he didn't want to hear, so he moved them on, one way or another.
