It wasn't like he just moved into that position, he had been in an off side position for ages, and makes no attempt to get back on side. Can almost see how surprised he is when he looks back at the linesman after the goal. Agree with bigfella and Mick on the penalty situation. He leaves his leg in so much it's almost a free kick to us because he kicks Mbemba. Would have been furious (but not the least bit surprised, obviously) if that was given. The offside is a clear as you'll ever get. It's just an appalling, rank bad decision that so called professional officials shouldn't be getting wrong. See them given all the time when a defender gets in front and the forward makes contact and hits the deck (even legitimately, not the dying swan style).
