The College Dropout Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 To be fair he's obviously not putting the effort in to keep fit, he looks like he could do with losing a couple of stone. A stone equals to 6.5kg more or less no? So you're basically saying he needs to lose at least 13kg if not more. That's quite a lot man. Doubt he's put that much on. Looks like he could lose about 5kg but with him it's more the fitness than the weight. He needs to be strong and be able to put in the km's moreso than shifting the pounds for sharpness. He looks more bulked in terms of musculature but fat, no. As a man that is carrying some impressive muscle mass. I'd say most of HBA's weight gain is fat. You can see it in his face.
