He was a highly regarded youngster, and time is still on his side. However I don't think we can get rid of anyone in the squad atm. bar smith and xisco. Wich are terrible excuses of footballers. What we need to do is add a fullback and more talents to fill the squad. Get them playing in the cup competitions and here and there in the league for developement. Interpolic Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 I like the fact that we've got the likes of Vuckic, Gosling and Abeid on the fringes in midfield, it's just a shame it's not the same in central defence. As for who should go: Lovenkrands, Smith and Ranger please. The others still have a role to play unless we buy loads of players next summer. Would imagine Harper will be gone too if he's not prepared to travel to away games but if that's the case (and Forster signs permanently at Celtic) I'd like us to sort out better back up than Rob Elliott. He looks shit scared on the ball and is outmuscled by most players in the league. I bet hes not even good enough for the reserves ffs.
