Mole_Toonfan
Not looking forward to facing Di Canio in a derby though, he'll get them wound up. Aye it was my first thoughts, won't be easy at all.

Skirge
There is always the new manager impact that will make it tough but he adds a little more fire in these situations.

nufc4eva
Big difference between League 1 and this league like, massive gamble. What sort of football did Swindon play?

S.S.R.
Their one chance of staying up was that Marty's negativity could stifle a few draws out the remaining games. Di Canio's fruit-loop gung-ho approach could prove catastrophic with their defence.
jdckelly
Big difference between League 1 and this league like, massive gamble. What sort of football did Swindon play? decent enough but numerous run ins with everyone at the club more or less and at league 2 level anyway spent a fair wad of cash for the level
TaylorJ_01
I'm gonna miss old arty Marty. Hope they get Di Canio because, as SSR said, it would be chaotic.

Elliottman
Fucking bonkers appointment. No experience, in the middle of a relegation fight, absolute mental head. Crazy choice.

Yorkie
DiCanio seems like a daft appointment. He's just a name at the end of the day, same as when Blackburn appointed Ince. If Swindon's success was made responsible by a typically less-well-known League 2 manager, everyone would be like "eh?"
Skirge
hang on where's this coming from? SSN saying he is on his way up to talk to them now.
leffe186
Apologies for the dramatic change of pace but this situation is a reasonable argument for the transfer window. You could imagine a Prem club sacking their manager now, poaching a manager from a Champ club and him "nicking" a couple of players from that club for the run-in. OK, as you were with Di Canio, McLaren et al. FWIW I'm mainly gutted that my wife didn't get to see MON at Villa Park. I think they were in enough of a mess that something did have to be done. Incognito
Mussolini is favourite. Wonder how long it'll be before he's found hanging from a Pennywell lamppost. Guaranteed he'll invade Abyssinia/Ethiopia for his new signings. Dick Annio.
