mouldy_uk
Looking forward to this game, predict us being 1-0 down until the 60th when Pards brings on Cisse, then on to a 2-1 win

Greg
What's the weather like up there? Any chance of it being called off? No chance imo, roads are clear and the council workers have been out since 7am gritting and clearing ice pavements on the approaches to the ground. The bastards woke me up. Theregulars
If we had one of cabaye or tiote I'd be really confident. It's very tough winning a PL game without your first choice central midfield (we won but didn't deserve to on weds, for instance). I said earlier in the thread, it won't happen, but my preference would be a midfield 2 of Guthrie and jonas, for ball retention purposes. Perch did well on weds but I don't think he's a player you turn to if you want to take the upper hand/initiative. Hope we see team Senegal both start, but I'm sure somehow the unflushable nugget that is shola ameobi will crop up.
David28
Hope it's Perch and Guthrie in CM. Perch won us the game on Wednesday. Perch can do the Tiote job of sitting back and be the holding midfielder - not as good, but still. Guthrie is more suited to the playmaker role anyway. Apart from that, I hope it's Jonas on the left and Ben Arfa on the right. I guess it'll be Ryan Taylor on the right again, though.

Mick
Its not the pitch its the approach roads and public safety that usually get the game called off. What's it like around the city centre? The sun is out and it's not too cold, no way will the match be off, even side roads are virtually clear.
Jayson
Have we come from behind to win in the league once this season? No Think coming from behind to win at bburn in the cup was the first time we'd won a game when trailing at half time for something like 50 games
