Newcastle United vs Manchester City - 06/05/12 @ 1:30pm (live on Sky)

Reckon a draw is the best we can muster, and hope that Villa beat Spurs.

Just hope we don't lose. Really worried that we will.

Why do you think a draw is the best we can do?

not that worried, excited yes but not that worried, they have more to lose than we do.

We've got nothing to lose, not a thing.  All we can do is improve on what we've already got.

When Citeh beat manure the other night, i still had this feeling that manure will somehow win the league. Really, the only way that can happen is for us to take something off them and i can see it being an exciting draw. But, with them desperate to win for the title, the likes of Ben Arfa, Ba and Cisse will get chances on the break late on and we could sneak it.

Im scared. People are way too confident atm. It seems everyone bar City are willing us to get something. Plus the last few times we've played against Tevez he's dicked us so im not quite as optimistic as everyone else at the mo but god damn it would be sweet if we beat the bastards!

The atmosphere is gonna be phenomenal for this and I can see our lot putting in a great performance. Whether thats enough to beat an in-form Man City that are so close to the finish line remains to be seen, but we normally defend well as a team and can just give the ball to Cisse. It's such a massive, massive game and I'm so, so nervous ;D

It is definitely winnable, though.

Fuck this is gunna be huuuuuuuge

It's SO important

Aye, it's a properly fucking massive game. Probably the biggest I'll have been to, it's basically a cup final in our own back yard.

It's quality that people think we have a chance as well. If this was in the last 6/7 years we wouldn't be arsed. Think it was Chelsea who came here and strolled to victory when they needed it

This is our biggest match in years (until next week hopefully)

To every fucker from this forum who's going to the match, it's your duty to lead the others on. Be loud. Be brave. Roar the fucking lads to victory. I know I will be.

Worried for my health tomorrow.

Carrying a head like yours around all day must be bad for your neck like.

Nah. It came with a big neck.

Well played.

If you would've told me that this match would mean so much come the end of the season - that we could possibly go third with one match left in the season - I would've thought you were fucking crazy.  This season has been so sensational.  The thing I hope for most tomorrow is a performance from our boys in black and white.  They deserve a rocking SJP for the season they have given us and I think tomorrow's match could be the icing on the cake - I truly hope it is.

Howay the lads.

Whether i will get this see is in doubt.

I start the keswick half marathon at 11.30am, my target is 2 hrs which takes me to kick off time. Then I will have to find somewhere to watch it!

Oh thinking about proposing to our lass at the finish line too!
