Hope this doesn't get implemented in the premier league. It's terrible and often criticised over here. So many unwarranted sending offs and bans have come from it... Your broadcasters have this fascination with handball replays too. It's ridiculous. They replay it, they slow it down, they stop it, they rewind it, then repeat. Indeed It's to judge if the handball was intentional or not, etc... I don't think anything gets more overly analysed here than handballs. It's almost fetishistic.
