Harsh on the player, as it wasn't intentional, but if the ball is going towards goal - should be a pen. IMO.

AND THEY HAVE A SYSTEM FOR PEN-TAKING.

Yeah, but they didn't cave to the wants of an individual. The designated pen-taker took it.

It's worrying when an ex-professional can't even decide that the penalty decision was wrong... "There's his arm down the right side..." Eh that would be his right arm... Where else can he put it...

Not his fault. Still a pen.

 

Can't deny the opposition a strike on goal because the handball was accidental.

Not have them stuck out. It was harsh, but if you go to make a block and have your arm(s) out like that then you can't complain too much if the ball hits them and you are penalised.

It wasn't even a strike on goal just a punt.
