Reasons he should stay

-Lack of credible realistic replacements, when Mark Hughes is the best available theres problems

No, he's not. Why do people keep saying this?

whos a more credible option who's realistic based on the fact I think there is 0 chance of going for anyone in a job?

Look in here: http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,93490.0.html

Blanc, Van Marwijk and Rijkaard are the standout currently unemployed managers.

Blanc would be interesting, know little of Van Marwijks club record and Rijkaard would be a bad call. But all 3 share a common factor, the demand for wages which is beyond what Ashley will pay

'It’s been a tough scenario, but it’s not something that fazes me.

'You don’t want the stadium booing your substitutions but that’s what I have to accept and I will.

'I’ll be fine when I go back to work - probably in an hour.

'I have good staff and good players, but they need a boost. We’ve lost to a team who are below us and that has put us under pressure and put me under pressure.

'I will do what I have to do and do it well: I have to be strong and make sure my players are strong.

'If we had seven games left, I would be worried, but we’ve got a lot of games and we’re getting our heads around it.

'We spoke about how the stadium can turn on one moment, which it did really.

'We have to be able to cope with that. I think our stadium is a little bit more intimidating than others and you have to accept you’re going to get setbacks in games, even when you’re winning.

'It will be important to get as good a points total as possible before then, but I think we’ll be more hardened to the situation.'

How the man with the worst away record in the club's entire history has the nerve to say the players are struggling with the home crowd I have absolutely no idea.

How many more fucking excuses can the toad use before he gets his P45?

You don't know what Ashley would be willing to offer or what they would be willing to accept - and that goes for Hughes, too.

What a fucking idiot. And what do he mean by setbacks? We does that all the time but have never ever come from behind with him! Is that a coincident? NO! NO FUCKING NO :tickedoff:

Just a possible issue with Adkins.

Apparently the issue at Southampton was over transfers.

Gaston Ramirez and Yoshida both had nothing to do with him.

Our policy isn't quite that ludicrous, as it seems the manager has more of a role in recruitment, but you have to wonder.

2 managers whose previous jobs were international jobs and a former champions league winning manager. Its reasonable to assume they'd want big wages, and its also reasonable to assume Ashleys not big on giving out large wage packets

The crowd have only turned because he's a fucking coward with his selections/tactics. No way will the crowd stand for that.

Maybe defend a lead for the last 10 minutes. Not immediately after the first fucking goal.

Then subbing on two defensive midfielders  I'm still baffled. I usually have a sense of 'tbh the manager knows more about the players than me', but I genuinely can't understand what he's doing anymore.

Looks like he's staying. Uh oh.

If he turns it around then fair play but that looks very unlikely - in short, we're f***ed.

Nobody does fence sitting better than Sifu   :aww:

The Great Fence of Sifu

 I like that. Has a nice ring to it.

Seriously though, I've had enough of Pardew - I've gone beyond my endurance/tolerance level.

The Newcastle manager got support from Cabaye who confirmed he was injured and unable to continue.

the France midfielder, who opened the scoring with a sublime free-kick, said: 'The fans were very angry but they did not realise I needed to come off.

'It is unfair and they should not blame the manager, it was my decision. I was not fit enough to finish the game.

'I was afraid about my groin. I have come back from surgery and did not want to get pain again.’
