Hope we play a really strong team and go for it - we're probably not going to win the league now so a decent cup run would be lovely.

Catch 22. Play the strongest side to keep them used to playing together and go for it which could also mean more injuries and suspensions.

It depends on how tired we are. I would normally never care about this and I'd always go for it when it comes to any kind of cup competion, but this period of the year is quite tricky and the situation we're in might call for some difficult choices.

Getting into the semis could get us a european place for next season. Something we are unlikely to achieve through the league.

Players like Cabaye, Debuchy, Tiote, HBA, Cisse, Santon & whatever good CF we may sign will want to be playing in europe. Also maintains the profile of the club.

how's lualua getting on down there? was a bit disapointed we gave up on him looked threatening down the left on occasion

He's not shown much of that initial promise. At this stage, it's looking like the right decision to flog him.

Pretty sure even losing finalists get nowt - places bounce down the league, not the cup. The "Don't let Millwall near European Competition Ever Again" rule.

That's the League Cup. The Fa Cup finalists still get Europa League place if the winners are already qualified for a european competition.

Brighton away. :anguish:

Early Kick Off :anguish:

ITV :anguish:

Ronnie Radford's goal being played :anguish:

Poyet :anguish:

Wasn't bothered last night, but an away win is vital.

Apologies in advance, I'll probably steal this for FB or Twitter tomorrow. :(
