The other games today - 2012/13

Brazil look crap.

We have looked decent during spells, but the team lacks midfield, lacks a striker. If we can get Ramires to form a good midfield partnership with someone and hope Pato revives this year in Brazil I think we might be set come 2014, but as things look now we won't get quarterfinals at a maximum.

Surely the aim has to be, to win the World Cup?

Obviously that's always the aim...for any team.

I watch enough of us to think Brazil is playing decent...

Another decent/ok performance from Brazil. Too many rough spells at different times and some individual performances that go on and off at random times. In any case we seem to be improving for every game at least under Scolari and will just need some consistency going forward. Confederations Cup will do wonders.

Looking like Uzbekistan will qualify for the World Cup  :ben:

Does Maksim Shatskikh still play for them? Former skirge of our backline that he is.

Japan are trolling their group by getting beat off Jordan n all.

Germany's line up tonight: Neuer; Lahm, Boateng, Mertesacker, Schmelzer; Khedira, Gündogan; Müller, Özil, Reus; Götze

Be interesting to see how that front 4 works and the amount of the quality they have is ridiculous when you consider the players they can leave out.
