AyeDubbleYoo
He's a good player, people need to chill the fuck out. And I need a night of passion with Kelly Brook.
captainhaircut
Thought he was alright today- wanted the ball plenty, got some shots off, went past players. Definitely for the right rather than left.
mozy
Did he play on the right in the first half?
Gallowgate Toon
He did some good things, tbh, and always tried to make things happen. Would be tempted to drop him for Aarons for a bit and let him get used to the pace as a sub.

Guest reefatoon
Alright? He was utter horse shit again. I'd be fucking livid if I was Aarons watching. He needs to buck his ideas up as he looks lost.
Newcastle Fan
I thought he was good, moved around well and tried to create something, wasn't helped by the lack of movement from other players.

Flip
Though he was much much better than on monday. Clearly better on the right than on the left, although he doesn't isn't always on the same level with Janmaat. Still a lot to improve on, but at least today was a bit more encouraging as he was taking people on and running a lot. In general a very average performance with a lot of promise going forward. ? Really. There was a situation in the first half where he'd already been beaten by pace from their full back and he then tried to beat the same man on the outside with pace and failed miserably. Most of the rest of the time he ran in to dead ends, held on to the ball too long and failed to contribute anything of significance. I'd have took him off. He's a long way from being anywhere near good enough for the money he cost. Don't agree with a lot. What you said happened twice, but plenty of times he came inside and tried to play passes to Cisse. Things weren't going his way, but he was trying to create and was getting onto the ball a lot in the first half. Especially in the latter bit of the first half. He disappeared in the 2nd half, but a lot down to being moved out of position. In matter of fact, Perez showed less in the first half than Thauvin. Not saying he was good, but he showed promise. Flip
Alright? He was utter horse s*** again. I'd be f***ing livid if I was Aarons watching. He needs to buck his ideas up as he looks lost. Aarons has built a reputation from pre-season. So did Vucic. His cameo couple of games back was horrible. At the moment I'd start Aarons as a left-back just because Haidara is shot of confidence and ability.

The College Dropout
I haven't seen any signs of quality from this lad so far. It was good to see him involved, saw lots of the ball in the first half, looked fairly quick. But quality? Didn't see any at all.

Not this shite again. "I want to like this player so I am going to blame everyone around him for him playing shit" Yeah Colback is misunderstood too, it's every other players fault he looks crap. This bollocks excuse just doesn't wash

There's no way this lad is shit like, yesterday in the bits I could make out he was always looking for the ball and looking for forward passes etc. such as that dink over the top first half that was just a bit heavy. He'll come good imo, as long as the team itself starts to function. Quality. Fuck off
Skeletor
He has talent but he has to play in a position where he can cut in and shoot. We'll get nothing out of him if we stick him on the left and simply task him with crossing the ball in for Cisse.

If he hits both he'll show his quality but we really need to get people running from midfield to open things up a bit. HBA all over really, he was just so good he could often do it all on his own. themanupstairs
We're so static. There's just no movement around him to open up spaces, so he always ends up chased off the ball in tight situations. Basically Cabella with a bit more guile and less step overs. Hughesy
You have to wonder why didn't just keep hba when you look at cabella and thauvin. We basically spent 25 mill to not adequately replace hba. Genius.

He must have delivered at least a dozen crosses in the last two games, none with quality. Not a single quality ball played in general play. set-pieces have been poor. Here's a stat for you. He's attempted 8 take-ons in the last two games (which is good to see).... he's completed just one of them. I've not said he's shit or anything like that.
