Why has a club waited until 2 and a half hours before the dealine to trigger a clause that has been available all window  I just don't get the way clubs do business like this.

Great opportunity for wba to show a bit of class and block his move to qpr.

If they aren't replacing him, they should let him rot on the bench.

Lose out on millions in the process.

Canny.

Millions?

No chance.

They not selling him for millions, they just giving him away?

Is his contract out in the summer? If it is, they won't get millions.

If it isn't they can sell him in the summer. His wages won't be much, a worthy sacrifice for a good point made.

£3.5m WBA will see from this deal. Aye, just say no and make a good point. FFS  :idiot2:

He's on £35kpw (reported) and is 32 in the summer. Last chance to get anywhere near that kind of fee for him.

West Brom have approached their lawyers.

Under FIFA contractual disputes PO/ QPR could pay up his own contract but he could face a 4-6-month ban

It's nice to have a relaxing transfer deadline for a change, tbh. Not worrying about which out-of-contract journeyman striker we're gonna sign or which big name we're gonna end up offloading or anything like that :frantic:
